A small town on the Texas coast with a shopping mall, gas station and many shops. Most of the city hasn't been completed yet, but I'm working on it.

In version 3.3 of the Massive Update:
- The sidewalks have been slightly improved.
- A new neighborhood.
- New shopping mall.
- New fire station.
- The entire right side of the city center has been redone.
- New construction site.
- A new island (I don't know what to do with it yet).
- The map landscape block has been expanded.
- Custom 3D model for a shopping mall (under development).
- Fixed textures throughout the area.
- The asphalt path is usable, but not finished.
- The mall has been removed.
