A small town on the Texas coast with a shopping mall, gas station and many shops. Most of the city hasn't been completed yet, but I'm working on it.

In version 2.9:
- Sidewalks are slightly improved.
- The side of the city with the shopping center has been redesigned to make it look better
- New dealership (custom model).
- A new gas station in the city center (replacing the old one).
- Several houses have been moved for a better location and appearance.
- Stickers and markings for roads (under development).
- The laying of AI routes has begun, it seems to be working.
- IRL logos of shopping malls/brands have been removed.
