(Since many wrote in the comments that they do not know how to spawn items from mods in Teardown, in the game, press escape, select "spawn" at the bottom of the screen to open the Teardown Spawn Menu, then select "Parking Meter's Spawnable Flying Saucer Pack" and select the plate you would like to spawn).
