Mod Cloudy mood v1.0 for Spintires: MudRunner (v25.02.21)

More mod for passing autumn maps.

- Replaced clouds, removed dust;
- Three weather options during the day (cloudy, medium, clear);
- Atmospheric background sounds (distant sounds of thunder without rain);
- Replaced two game sounds;
- Changed water.

Lighting has been mostly changed, you can put it on summer maps. Screenshots made with Atdega mod "Improved default graphics" (you can try the autumn version). To leave the dust, remove the file "sfx_particles_rolling_dust__d_a" from the mod.
