Mod John Deere Pack v1.0.1.0 for Farming Simulator 2022

Version 1.0.1
I fixed and changed the following
- John Deere Decals adapted (there was a small mistake with the numbers)
- Adjusted config names (several things did not fit)
- adapted forest cage (because it hung in the frame of the change house)
- Adjustment of exterior and interior mirrors
- Exterior mirrors fold and unfold
- Sound file changed
- 4 engine configurations

this was all built into my hardware:
