Is anyone playing a career game at all? If so, I've just brought you the most necessary pack of mods. Well, if you don't play, then this may be a reason to start.

No Police - The main mod adds police to the roads. If you don't need the police, then download this optional mod.
All this happiness is compatible with patch 0.36.4 (at least!). To begin with, you can download only the main mod and if it comes in, then download the cars and tuning already. You don't need to unpack anything. Just download it and drop it into the mods folder.
