Is anyone playing a career game at all? If so, I've just brought you the most necessary pack of mods. Well, if you don't play, then this may be a reason to start.

RLS Career Overhaul - buying garages, working in a taxi, all sorts of missions and what not (Full description on 100 pages here - https://github.com/Raceless-RLS/rls_career_overhaul ).

Additionally:
1. Car Mods - a pack of cars and trailers compatible with the quarry (2.8 GB!)
2. Parts Mods - omega-a large tuning pack for different cars that are in the quarry (3.6 GB!).
3. No Police - The main mod adds police to the roads. If you don't need the police, then download this optional mod.

All this happiness is compatible with patch 0.35.5 (at least!). To begin with, you can download only the main mod and if it comes in, then download the cars and tuning already. You don't need to unpack anything. Just download it and drop it into the mods folder.
