In 1993, Autobello launched the Autobello TR86 medium-duty truck. It was offered until 2005 in three frame lengths and three cabin variants. The truck was very popular, and many expeditions, especially from the Eastern Bloc countries, included it in their fleets.

- Added a raised saddling device (still for trailers with gooseneck)

- Added cardan shafts for each frame length
- The axle model of the second rear suspension (the one without transmission) has been changed
- Increased the number of configurations to 50+
