This patch basically just updates the car to the lighting standards version 0.39 and adds some minor things.
- Added a fully synchronized 4-speed transmission, used by default in updated models.
- Added an adjustable gear ratio gearbox for motorcycle engines
- Added support for a new tow bar
- Added fuel lines to both racing fuel tanks
- Fixed a bug where the shift lever of the 4-speed gearbox would not shift to higher than 4th gear.
- Fixed an issue where the upper part of the rear edge of the roof was an open connector
