A major wheel pack update from BeamNG MMP/ZL Drift/Mods

What has changed?
Added 10 new rims, namely:

These 10 discs were made literally from scratch, new more correct textures and materials are used, which will have a good effect on optimization, as well, thanks to the feature of Martha, only one mesh per disc is used, which also affected the optimization of the overall weight of the mod.

 What I would like to add: Now almost complete customization of the color of the discs and its components is available, for example, you can paint bolts, or individual parts of the disc, remove / put /paint the center cap, etc.

 Unfortunately, the old rims were not touched, and they will remain as they were.

 I have also rewritten and modified all of my tires, particularly the textures and materials on them. The tires now look very realistic and do not turn black in light shadows, and they have been slightly optimized due to the transition to .dds (reducing the load on video memory). I have added a size of 255/30 R19 to all of the tires.
