Universal Low Rider adds hydraulic control to almost all standard vehicles in BeamNG. Cars, trucks, and vans - if a car appears and drives, there's a good chance you can make it bounce, dip, and do incredibly expensive things with its suspension. This mod doesn't just copy Bluebuck's hydraulics and stop there. These parts are vehicle-specific and only use Bluebuck's suspension slots, nodes, guides, groups, and meshes. Instead, the Universal Low Rider uses a runtime controller that detects wheel nodes and applies lift, drop, and jump forces to each angle. This means it can work with a huge range of vehicles without the need for individual hydraulic suspension tuning for each one. To add hydraulics, if you don't want to use the pre-built configurations, you can search for "Hydraulics" and it will display the front and rear suspensions, and then add the control modules through the "Additional Modification" slot. Controls: This is not just a visual replacement of the cylinders for each machine. The system is primarily focused on functionality: raising, lowering, bouncing, chaos, and consequences. Some vehicles will behave better than others. Some will bounce. Some will break. Some will immediately remind you that physics was a mistake. Perfect for: In version 1.2: Credits: Ashmaker000 |
