Universal Low Rider adds hydraulic control to almost all standard vehicles in BeamNG. Cars, trucks, and vans - if a car appears and drives, there's a good chance you can make it jump, lower itself, and do something incredibly expensive with its suspension. This mod doesn't just copy Bluebuck's hydraulics and stop there. These parts are vehicle-specific and only use Bluebuck's suspension slots, nodes, guides, groups, and meshes. Instead, the Universal Low Rider uses a runtime controller that detects wheel nodes and applies lift, drop, and jump forces for each angle. This means that it can work with a wide range of vehicles without the need for individual hydraulic suspension adjustments for each one. To add hydraulics, if you don't want to use pre-built configurations, you can search for "Hydraulics" and it will display the front and rear suspensions, and then add the control modules through the "Additional Modification" slot. Controls: This is not just a visual replacement of the cylinders for each machine. The system is primarily focused on functionality: raising, lowering, bouncing, chaos, and consequences. Some vehicles will behave better than others. Some will bounce. Some will break. Some will immediately remind you that physics was a mistake. Perfect for: Credits: Ashmaker000 |
