How to add it to a car:
Official (standard) cars:
Open the "Spare Parts" menu (wrench icon).
Set the "Additional Modification" slot to "Universal Exhaust System Tuner" → Apply.
Open the menu "Tuning" → category "Universal Exhaust system tuner" → move the sliders or select a preset.
Mods:
Open the "Spare Parts" menu.
In the "License Plate Design" slot, select "Universal Exhaust Tuner (mods)" → Apply.
Set it up the same way in the "Tuning" menu.

In version 1.3:
A significant upgrade that improves reliability and extends functionality. Volume, openness, equalizer, and pops/shots are now adjusted using a real—time algorithm instead of editing exhaust system components, so the exhaust can no longer detach or distort on any car or engine (fixes a problem that some etk, Barstow, and others users have encountered). Pops and The shots have returned, the presets are working correctly, and the sound has become louder.
