Select the job that suits you
Dispatch gradually forms a mixed pool of 10-12 available orders. The passenger/delivery ratio can be adjusted in the settings.
→ Standard trips
Balanced work with passengers, indicating the pick-up point, destination, estimated arrival time, and estimated fare.
⚡ Urgent requests
Agree to shorter deadlines and receive additional payment. When the timer expires, the base fare remains available, and only the urgent bonus is lost.
◆ Stops on the way
Take a longer passenger route through two intermediate roadside points. Stay still for 10 seconds at each stop while a special waiting loader is displayed on the phone.
Requests for multiple stops only appear when there are enough suitable locations on the map. Otherwise, TaxiDriver will safely generate another job instead of leaving the delivery stuck.
▣ Deliver goods
Accept long-distance parcels, taking into account the physical weight of the cargo, weight bonuses, collision damage, and delivery reviews.
✓ Smooth request detection
Road graph searches are processed gradually. Complex maps may take longer to fill each slot, but the generation creates fewer breaks in the gameplay. The latest endpoints and route pair history also reduce repetitive A-B work without disrupting sparse maps.
Cargo delivery
Delivery provides long-distance operation without a passenger and has physical consequences for the selected package.
- Delivery routes range from approximately 2 to 25 kilometers.
- The cargo weighs between 2 and 250 kilograms.
- The packaging weight is physically added to the active vehicle after loading.
- The additional weight affects the normal acceleration of the BeamNG, braking, handling, and transmission power consumption.
- Cargo up to 15 kg does not receive a weight allowance.
- Over 15 kg, the surcharge gradually increases to +150% at a weight of 250 kg.
- The base rate before weighing is slightly lower than the comparable passenger rate.
- Passenger penalties do not apply to cargo transportation. Only confirmed collisions can damage a package.
Each qualifying impact can add 1-35% damage to the package. Damage reduces the payout proportionally and reduces the delivery rating from five stars to one. Package damage is cumulative and limited to 100%.
At the point of departure and at the point of destination, TaxiDriver shows special cargo loaders and tries to control the trunk, the rear door or the compatible cargo door. The animation is as efficient as possible and never blocks the order if the machine does not have a supported trigger.
☺ Passengers with personality
Names and emotions
- Each passenger receives a randomly combined English name and surname. After acceptance, the selected passenger can send one to three messages containing only emoticons while you are driving to the landing point.
- Each conversation maintains a single coherent mood - cheerful, sad, excited, sleepy, dreamy or grumpy - and does not require translation of sentences.
Each passenger starts with a random mood, displayed as an expressive symbol and percentage. The driver can improve or damage it during the trip.
- Smooth progress gradually improves the mood.
- Late boarding, speeding, collisions, sharp maneuvers, overdue goals and unnecessary stops for refueling reduce the mood.
- Positive recovery is limited to 40 percentage points above the original mood.
- After improvement, a green frame flashes.
- After a negative change, a red frame flashes.
At 100%, the probability of ignoring a suitable penalty is up to 70%.
At a level of 50% or higher, the passenger does not increase the normal penalty values.
Below 50%, the penalties become increasingly strict.
At 0%: penalties are never ignored and can reach twice the normal value.
The passenger can stop the trip
Critical dissatisfaction can trigger an immediate stop. The vehicle brakes, the controls are temporarily locked, the passenger gets out, and the trip is not paid. The rating loss varies from 10% at the initial level to 45% at the professional level |
