In the recent update 0.39, all the license plate mods flew, so EBM created a new mod for Russian license plates based on the new Skia license plate system.

Various commands are available to change the appearance of the license plate:
!1 - the number elements are getting fatter
!2 - on the new type of transit number , the yellow square in the region area turns white
!DIRT (you can just !dirt) - makes the room dirty
!WET - adds a visual effect of drops to the room
!DEBUG - highlights the number elements
