MOD CESSNI'S LIGHTS MOD 3.0 FOR BEAMNG.DRIVE

adds a cleaner and more beautiful light texture. added / changed: Removed obsolete lights.cs files that caused textures to be too small and disappear at a certain distance. The texture resolution has been changed from 2048 to 512 pixels by default for a significant performance improvement. Added a missing texture for some vehicles that still used the default texture.
