The International M1224 MaxxPro MRAP (Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected) is an armored combat vehicle developed by a subsidiary of the American company Navistar International, Navistar Defense, together with the Israeli Plasan Sasa, which has developed and manufactures armor for this vehicle. The vehicle was designed to participate in the U.S. Armed Forces Mine Ambush protection program conducted by the U.S. Marine Corps, as well as in a similar mine protection program for medium vehicles of the U.S. Army.
