Advanced AI NPC is a mod that brings the single player game in Teardown to life. It adds full-fledged NPCs with simulated behavior. The characters react to the environment, sounds, danger, and actions of the player, creating a sense of a living world. This is not a military AI — NPCs behave like ordinary civilians, with fear, instincts and attentiveness to what is happening.

- NPCs constantly act in real time: they freely walk around the map, stop and look around, notice movement and suspicious events, react to loud noises, shots, bumps and accidents. When danger is detected, they may panic, run away from threats, or, conversely, engage in combat with zombies if they have weapons.
- The mod implements a system of NPC management priorities, which allows you to direct their behavior using special reference bodies. The characters also try to avoid fire, explosions, corpses, the player's transport and other dangerous factors.
- All NPCs are completely physical: they can be pushed, knocked down, lose their balance from impacts, react to the environment, transport and debris.
- NPCs can use physical weapons from the mod: firearms, shotguns, sledgehammers, and even rocket launchers. Mistakes are possible in combat, which sometimes cause characters to injure or kill each other.
- Built-in spawner allows you to summon NPCs, zombies and weapons (F2 key). You can set commands, commands, and equipment, use all the standard Teardown characters, and create atmospheric scenarios with infected cities.

The mod is designed for a sandbox and atmospheric game. Full support for military mods and scenarios is not provided. A multiplayer version is planned in the future.
