A coastal city lying in the deserts of Mexico, the Festival was edited because I didn't like how many people were there, and I didn't want to add too many rag dolls. If you want me to add the festival back, write in the comments. I added some rag dolls and one prop. Something might be messed up, but I don't care, so you can fix it yourself.
