Just a dull office complex. Fully dynamic.

The building contains 13 (or 6 for a short tower) floors. The following rooms are located on the floors:

Underground garage
Lobby with cafe and square
10 office floors containing 2 variants (4 floors for a short tower)
Roof/penthouse with elevator engine room.
With the exception of the core and columns, every component in this building is a dynamic support held together by hinges. The destruction of the column should lead to sagging/collapse of the entire building.
