Mod Ural APP2 version 1.5 for SPINTIRES (v03.03.16)

At the request of the players made an envelope URAL APP2 from MudRunner.

The same Ural Polarnik but in the style of the Army soldier. Combat mud and difficulties not afraid
help out at any minute.

Ural APP2 has:
- 11 of its addons;
- 14 default addons;
- adjustable pneumatic suspension as on the machine and also have
on the trailer;

Added another truck with driver and added addons
on military subjects.
And so there are 2 trucks in the mod;

- 17 of its addons;

- transports military equipment as well as firewood;
