MOD URAL-5323 FOR SPINTIRES V03.03.16

This mod was taken as a basis. Base Ural 3111, but with a modified front part for Ural 5323 and an extended frame for 8x8. I did it for a friend, I decided to share it with you, I added cross-country ability, a couple of add-ons and repainted the cabin and add-ons to match the color of the cabin.

The mod has:

- 6 of their add-ons + default add-ons;
- 2 types of wheels;
- Your sound;
- Your load.
