Mod Kamaz Arctica version 1.1 for Spintires (v1.3.6)

At the request of those who wish, I spread the envelope mod Kamaz "Artika" MudRunner. I did not add anything, I changed only a little sound and performance characteristics.

The mod has:
- 9 of its add-ons + 3 standard
- your cargo
- your sound
- various animations
Carries 2-3-6-8 cargo points.

Version 1.1:
