Envelope and refinement of this mod. Pulled out one Zylka, made cockpit textures, added default addons. The mod has a folder with textures (2 pieces). It's called "Cockpit Textures", choose which one you like and copy it to the TextureCache folder for replacement.

ZIL-443114 has:
