MOD VAZ 2115 POLICE FOR SPINTIRES (V03.03.16)

The mod was created for Spintires Mudrunner by order of the player Alexander gh, but I decided to make it in Spintires first. Vaz 2115 police was created for those who like to shoot chases. It has:

- 1 addon (flasher from priors);
- Sounds of VAZ 21099 (not changed);
- 3 types of wheels (not changed).
