MOD M181 HELLION ISV FOR SNOWRUNNER

With a design heavily inspired by the Halo warthog, the Hellion ISV is an off-road amphibious transport ship forged in the far reaches of space and brought to SnowRunner. I've spent a fair amount of time making this truck feel close to its Halo counterpart, so some might consider it "OP", but that's okay, that's the point of this overgrown side-by-side!
