MOD ZIL 131 FOR SPINTIRES: MUDRUNNER (V07.08.19)

The mod has:
- 14 of their add-ons, 17 standard;
- Own wheels, good permeability;
- All animation by default;
- Additional textures of the cockpit have not yet been screwed, but in the plans there are several textures;
- The mod will be refined.
