Mod MAZ-KS-8467 with cranes working without calling the function v1.0 for Spintires: MudRunner (v18.10.18)

The animation of the chassis itself is fixed and two add-ons appear. Maz_Crane_LoaderST and Maz_CraneST. Management occurs without calling the function:
- 7 and 4 turn of the crane
- 8 and 5 raise and lower the boom
- 9 and 6 raise and lower the hook
- 1 and 0 turn of a hook or capture
