Small changes in the original, SimpleIC and minor fixes

Small update or change, user would like to carry more liquids with it.
ModDesc increased
FillType changed to fillTypeCategories "Liquid and Atomizer". In this way, it is possible to transport everything liquid that has been entered into ModMaps in these categories. The standard for "Liquid" is milk, water, diesel and DEF, for "Sprayer" is liquid fertilizer and herbicide.
