Base mod for using mods with pallet autoload specialization

- Improved loading behavior. Everything holds up almost as long as the loading process is active, which should improve loading in the field.
- Machines with autoloader now have stronger belts.
- Bales are now only recognized if they are registered
- Revision of pickup collisions for AI traffic. (If the big bags have been activated, the cargo must be reloaded)
- Fixed a problem with loading too fast on new object stores with the addition of a delay when loading
- Bales and pallets are loaded only when they are no longer attached to another attachment.
