This script adds a realistic smoke particle effect to all vehicles.

The intensity depends on the engine load and several trigger events:
- Turning on the engine;
- Cut down a tree;
- The value of wear.

In version 1.1.1.0:
- Removed the LUA call stack, which appeared when the script could not find the default exhaust effect in some vehicles;
- Fixed a syntax error in the XML part.
