Mod features
This script gives the player better prices when selling a placeable item.
When placing / selling the placed object, there is a grace period of 1 month. If the object is sold within 1 month, you will receive 100% of the cost of the object back. After 1 month, the price will drop to 80% of the value, and then it will decline every month thereafter (as in the base game).
You will not be reimbursed for the cost of landscaping!
