You have to go to the vehicle shop under the pallet section to buy cows, pigs and sheep and then take them to the slaughterhouse. Also introduce straw.

Products: steak, ground beef, pepperoni, lamb, bacon, ham, sausage, ribs, leather, wool and manure.

All products, with the exception of manure, will be used in future factories.

To sell an item, use an existing point of sale from my Trello board.
