Converted and adapted Zunhammer SKE 18.5 PUD from FS19 standard game.

Version 1.1.0.0
The mod icon is now visible in the preselection
Fixed the sound of the rear hydraulics and clutch.

Here the Zunhammer SKE 18.5 PUD has been converted by me and adapted by SunnyStar with hoses etc so it looks reasonable in 22er.
