This is a set of various hydraulic inductors that can be used as a load on trucks and cranes. The number before the first dot is the weight in metric tons, and the numbers after are the width in meters.

The name begins with the type of cargo followed by the weight in metric tons. The last one is the width.

43 = weight 43 metric tons

3 = width, width 3 m

Weight varies from 44 tons (97,000 pounds) to 224 tons (492,000 pounds).
