Wheel configuration added

- All Firestone wheels use realistic Case IH wheels

- The color of the reflector of the turn lever is changed from white to red
- Fixed turn signals on configurations

- Added counterweight configuration (Note: 3 points will still work with active weight configuration)

- The wheel counterweight will now actually add weight to the tractor.
