This is the Hardi sprayer package found in the original FS19.

  These sprays can pump liquids back and forth. This works the same way as the interaction of the barrels with the suspension in the original game. Unloading in warehouses for liquid fertilizers and herbicides also works.

Unloading ++ on pallets is disabled in the default configuration, but it can be turned on again in the workshop or directly at the time of purchase.
