Allows Farming Simulator 19 to display different units of measure

This is an early version of the UnitExtension for HarvestMaster.

It is designed as a display enhancement app that adds the ability to customize

units of measurement used in various areas of the game.

** Please note that this app does not change internal values. It only changes the way of things
displayed. If you see strange values,

Feature list:
- Ability to add and change the units of measurement used in the game
- Ability to add fillTypes to the price menu (to display storage volumes)

- Damage and running time is now displayed on the selected vehicle instead of the root one.
- Prices are now per unit instead of 1000 liters.
- Added display of yield in GU for combines.
- Added a counter of the processed area for existing vehicles.
- Added names of fill types to the price menu.
- Added unit display in hud car
