Every village needs a pub, so a cozy pub is an integral part of LS19. This pub is built of natural stone and has several rooms on the top floor. The owner can live in an apartment under the roof.

This pub is available as a retail outlet with and without passive income and as a purely decorative object.

The mods did their job successfully in my build and play videos. I also tried very hard to make it work, but I cannot guarantee it. Use at your own risk :-)

Pub as a point of sale: 10,000 euros.
Pub as a point of sale with passive income (320/250/200 euros / hour): 30,000 euros

Note: the building is not automatically leveled. So you need to level the terrain beforehand.
