The Deutz D16006 is an impressive and unique tractor, easily recognizable by its impressive size, square design and the same-sized wheels on both axles. Unlike many tractors of its time, it was built on an articulated frame, which provided it with a distinctive twist that allowed it to make surprisingly sharp turns for such a large machine. Its bold green body and long hood accommodate a powerful V8 diesel engine, and its articulated joint and heavy construction make it look more like an earthmoving machine than a conventional agricultural tractor.
