The Patriot 4350 is part of the Patriot 50 series and is smaller than the basic Patriot 4450 model.

Differences from the basic model include:
- Fully animated height control of the barbell; the left and right sections of the barbell can now be adjusted independently, allowing you to change the height and clearance when processing terraced fields.
- Track width adjustment is now saved when the sprayer is folded and can be adjusted when folded, so you do not need to re-set the distance between rows on each field.
- Blue lenses of the Case IH headlights, which are useful at night to show the operator where the nozzles are sprayed.
- New cabin glazing, including the standard blue Case IH glass and three tinting options.
- 1200 gallon tank instead of 1600 gallons (the basic sprayer has a capacity of 1600 gallons, but the visual model of the 1200 gallon tank...).
- The Pro 1200 displays now display different loading screens.
- Smaller tires, including tire options for crop-damaging row crops to enhance realism.
- 374 horsepower (compared to 435 for the Patriot 4450).
