Do you want to use PlanET BGA from the game, but you can't find a suitable place for it?
Then just assemble it the way you like. Whether it's a small farm or a large industrial BGA installation, with the modular PlanET BGA, you can assemble your installation the way you need it.
The only limitation is your own imagination about how efficiently the plant produces electricity, methane, and digestate from all types of biomass.
Our new closed system allows us not to influence the installation by other industries. This also leads to a variety of management options.
On the one hand, the hopper (filling with biomass), and on the other hand, the fermenter (processing biomass). Both modules are always required.
With these two components, a fully functional installation can already work.
The production menu provides full control over how the installation should work. In any case, the hopper must always be configured for unloading in order to transfer the filled biomass to the fermenter.
The heart of every modular biogas plant. The fermenter.
Here you can now control how you want to convert and what to transfer. The fermenter always produces crude methane, which is intended for further distribution.
In addition, you can set up production so that fermentation residues are produced directly for the central storage of fermentation residues or for a secondary fermenter.
With a central storage of fermentation residues, it is possible to fill not only a liquid fermenter, but also a methane tank.
The liquid fermenter is designed directly for large volumes of sludge. It also extracts more money from the sludge and operates independently without an upstream fermenter.
The secondary fermenter converts the added substrate into more money, but requires a higher-level fermenter.
The resulting crude methane can already be sold in separate modules. However, since it still contains impurities, the profit will not be as high.
All the obtained fermentation residues can be collected in the central storage of fermentation residues. This is where you decide whether to recycle them further or use them to fertilize fields.
Now that you have made the most of your biomass, you can sell it. Small and medium-sized generators burn crude methane with an efficiency of 80% and generate electricity from it.
A large generator (Stateron) and a methane sales module purify crude methane with an efficiency of 60% and convert it into methane.
For those who use production facilities that also require electricity or methane as an input, there are also methane/electricity storage facilities. Like sockets, they convert raw methane into electricity (80%) or methane (60%).
It is then transferred to manufacturing plants through distribution.
But refueling/charging is also possible there.
Information:
It is strongly recommended to use the "Free Construction" mode for accommodation. (Standard B key)
Last but not least, the production limit of 60 total productions should be respected. If you need more, modelleicher's More Productions Possible mod, which is available on Modhub, is suitable.
Tip: Before using an existing saved game with this feature, you should first test and test it on a new saved game. Otherwise, the volume may be a little, well, a lot ;).
In version 1.0.0.1:
- Added Italian translation;
- Fixed the bale trigger for the hopper;
- Fixed distribution issue with secondary fermenter and liquid fermenter (Make sure all production lines are set to active and distributed). Credits: Kastor [D-S-Agrarservice] |
