This adds real vehicle years for all vehicles, including attachments.

The years specified for each vehicle were added manually as accurately as possible, but for some vehicles and attachments, the years are likely to be missing or incorrect. Similarly, not all vehicles have yet been assigned a year, and as new mods are added, they will also be missing until this mod and its data are updated.
