This mod allows all players to rake loose types of mounds anywhere on the map, including NPCs and non-owned lands. There are additional settings on the general parameters page that allow bucket rakes, mowers, roller harvesters, feed spreaders, and mowers to operate on lands that do not belong to them. Additional field work permits are also applied during contract missions.
