The "Theft Event" mod adds more excitement and variety to everyday life on the farm.

There is a possibility of a thief entering your territory at night. In a short time, the damage will be done and the value will be deducted from your property account. The amount of damage varies and can be fully or partially covered by insurance.

The insurance premium is automatically deducted daily. If the damage is below the coverage limit, insurance is applied and only the deductible is charged. If the damage exceeds the coverage limit, the full amount must be paid.

All important events — from the entrance to the territory to the investigation and final accounting — are clearly displayed on the HUD screen.
The mod works in single player mode, multiplayer mode and on dedicated servers and does not require any additional configuration.
