This mod modifies the animal system and expands it with the following features:
- Animals have offspring, both male and female (in the base game, this applies only to chickens).
- The number of offspring depends on the breed.
- Reproduction does not depend on health.
- Reproduction can be started manually or automatically.
- Males can start breeding automatically.
- Reproduction not caused by males is paid separately for the animal (the price depends on the breed).
- Reproduction may not occur depending on how long ago the last birth took place and how old the animal is.
- Dairy productivity and feed consumption in cows are adjusted according to the lactation curve. After giving birth, cows consume more feed, but also produce more milk. Both indicators decrease over time. Milk production even stops completely if the cow has not had offspring for a long time.
- Cows are in a dead state for 2 months before giving birth. This means that they are not producing milk at this time.
- Animals can live longer than 60 months.
- Animals become less healthy when they are in poor health.
- Animals become less healthy when they reach their maximum age.
- The stalls may contain more animals than indicated due to breeding. Animal health is deteriorating due to overpopulation.
In version 1.1.0.0:
– Support for mountain cattle
– The disappearance of animals due to poor health or old age can now be disabled in the settings
– Added a lactation curve for goats
– The ability to overwrite the characteristics of animals via animal.xml |
