The layout of the fields is based on their actual shapes and sizes, with minor adjustments to improve gameplay, while farmers can still customize them at will. Fields 1, 16, 26, 33, and 35 have a farm house for sale with a sleep trigger. Available production chains include bakery, dairy farm, grain mill, creamery, and yogurt production. A ring road runs through the area, but the farmer will need to clear it of trees before it becomes fully usable. The county maintains a 33-foot-wide right-of-way within the ditches, and the council has allowed farmers to level any necessary areas to install access roads.
