On the map:
* A palm nursery so that you can grow seedlings that will grow into palm trees.
* The starter combine has different capacities and runs a little faster with the harvesters.
* Custom NPCs on the map.
* Lift the land out of the water and start expanding your island.
* Suitable for all FS25 functions, however, I would recommend disabling the rasons, as this is a tropical island.
