The Case IH Module Express 625 was the world's first true cotton picker with a modular principle. Released in 2007, the Module Express 625 cotton harvester was produced until 2011, when the Module Express 635 was released.
The ME635 offered a number of improvements over the 625 and produced 35 additional horsepower, resulting in cleaner harvesting and better performance in difficult harvesting conditions.
The double-sided assembly drum harvested cotton from plants better than any of its competitors at the time of its release, and the 8' X 8' X 16' modules are exactly half the size of traditional ones, allowing farmers and cotton cleaners to transport and process these modules without the need for any additional expensive equipment.
Due to its design, which packs cotton into modules on board during cotton harvesting, the Boll Buggy and Module Builder implements become unnecessary, and the costs associated with operating these additional machines are reduced by more than 25%.

The cotton modules that these pickers produce are brand new, with a realistic wrapper and Case IH stickers on it. This protective wrap is extremely useful, preserving the quality of the cotton in case of delayed processing, as well as protecting the module from rain and the elements.
New features include fully customizable SMVS, all correct and period-appropriate stickers, tinted windows and missing stickers (on the right side of the selection drums), as well as numerous additional edits and improvements such as a more correct tire size (500 85R30 instead of 650 70R32 too large), more realistic folding/lifting animations. and rim scrapers that actually fit between the rims! (the base game models run right through the tire and rim).
