Mod Volkswagen Phaeton[update version] 1.11 for BeamNG.drive

in this patch,the w12 exhaust which missing in the day one release(ver 1.1) was added,the license plate slot has been 
cleaned for next update(will add US license plate),the V8 model was added after consider,the 6-speed Dual-Clutch transmission will be coded and added in next update too
P.S.the texture of the steering wheel is fixing
